Maschineneinrichter Kunststoffspritzguss

Diese Aufgaben erwarten dich:
- Einrichtung der Spritzgussmaschinen und deren Peripheriegeräte
- Prozessbegleitung bis zur Erstmusterfreigabe
- Übergabe an den Schichtführer
- Regelmässige Überprüfung des Fertigungsprozesses
- Permanente Optimierung von bestehenden Prozessen
Was dich auszeichnet:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kunststofftechnologe oder vergleichbare technische Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Einrichter im Bereich Kunststoffspritzguss
- Engagierte, eigenständige und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit
- Ausgeprägtes Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office

Tips for applying to Noventa
Your application is your first contact with us. Your documents are your calling card that help us acquire a first and critical impression about you. The motivation letter is the centrepiece of any application. Use it to introduce yourself on no more than one page. The letter should explain why you would like to work for us, why you would be a good match for our company and the vacant position, and what would make working with you so particularly promising. Present yourself in a positive, optimistic light and remain authentic.
The following must be included in your complete application documents:
- Motivation letter
- Complete curriculum vitae (no gaps)
- Work references
- Certificates of relevant further training

Invitation to an interview
A job interview is always an official appointment. It's normal to be a little nervous and to have endless questions, Just be yourself. Do not promise things you cannot keep. The following checklist will ensure you are well prepared for the meeting:
- Have I read the Noventa website to learn about the company?
- Am I familiar with the content of the job advertisement?
- What kind of questions might Noventa ask after reading my documents?
- Have I thought of questions that I would like to ask during the interview?
- Have I noted a telephone number to call if I am unfortunately delayed?
The interview takes place as a meeting of equals. I shall remain authentic and use the opportunity to clarify any uncertainties.
